What is the RETURN POLICY?
All sales are FINAL. However, we feel it is important to serve our customers in the best way possible with the highest esteem and regard. If at any time customers have any questions, disputes or they are unhappy with the shipped merchandise, feel free to call and speak with a representative personally for a return authorization at 1-888-700-0345. We will be more than obliged to work on a one-on-one basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns are also accepted if any of the following occur:
- Wrong merchandise was received. This includes color, style, fabric etc..
- Merchandise was received defective.
If return is approved, ALL items MUST be returned with all included items, tags, cards, bags and accessories. Items MUST be returned in original packaging with all attached tags. Merchandise MUST be unused.

How long will it take to receive my package that was shipped International?
In stock merchandise usually ships the same day that the payment has been received. Depending on your shipping selection, it will be between 6-14 days for selected standard shipping and 2-4 days if International Express shipping.
Can all orders be tracked?
All orders receive a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. That number will be e-mailed to you once your item has been shipped.
What is the International return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. The only exceptions are if the following occurs:
